I have been woefully remiss regarding blog entries this month. Even though the number of packages that have been leaving my studio on a daily basis are my excuse, I realized yesterday I hadn’t been spending enough time simply “creating.” I also realized I have an exhibit deadline looming and that I have two pieces to create for a wonderful show at the Painted Bride beginning January 4th. I decided to carve out time and just…create.
I am deeply honored to have two pieces in the “Begin: Faith, Hope, Resilience” show, and this little portion above is part of one I’m calling “Listen.” This is but a small section of one piece…please do come to the show (or follow this blog) next month to see the final work and that of the other incredibly talented artists who are part of this exhibit.
